230 West expanded our coffee program from only in-room to now include lobby coffee and equipment rental. Truly, this was a game changer for our customers - making it easier than ever to work with just one supplier to get in-room coffee, lobby coffee and equipment.
We chose four distinct colors to represent the four roast options we serve. After the brand was designed, we focused in on an email campaign and and website. The first email campaign was introductory and the second campaign focused around offers and convenience.
